Improv is an on the spot, fly by the seat
of your pants performance art which depends upon audience
participation. Mostly, this includes shouting out ideas (a food
you hate, an odd relationship, an animal that doesn't exist.)
Sometimes, we call volunteers up on stage to help us out. Don't
worry, we never force anyone to "play."
If you like the television show "Whose
Line Is It Anyway," you will love Dutch Blitzkrieg Comedy Improv
Troupe. Trained at Chicago's prestigious Second City Training
Center by the same teachers who instructed such famous
celebrities as Bill Murray, Chevy Chase, and John Belushi, Dutch
Blitzkrieg performs a wide variety of improvisational
entertainment, such as Long Form (story-telling,) Short Form
(games,) and Musical Improv (we take an audience volunteer, ask
several questions about them, and then make up a song about
them.)
Our entertainment venues include
Theatres, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Retirements, Graduations,
Fund Raisers, Holiday Parties, and Retirement Homes. We are also
regular performers at

The very nature of Improv necessitates
strong listening and response skills; because of this, Improv is
also an excellent format for Corporate Team Building workshops.
Your work force will learn to listen, respond in a positive
manner, to trust their instincts, and to advance situations with
positive outcomes.
